Load bearing wall removal and installation of steel beam
I found Leuri’s contact information on homestars. I was looking for a contractor for lead bearing wall removal for quite sometime. When I discussed my project with Leuri, he suggested getting some architectural drawings so he could give an exact estimation. I finally got some drawings and scheduled Leuri for the work. I could easily say from his work that he has a lot of experience on it and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. He installed 2 posts on the main floor and another one in the basement over the new footing. The city inspections passed with the breeze.
