Knights installed insulation in our attic on February 5th, 2019. Steve and Jeremy were excellent: both very courteous and gentle with our nosey dog and honest about what work needed to be done. They took the time to clarify the work order with their office, even though it was time consuming. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Right from the first phone call, Chris was informative and thorough. He walked me through the process of home inspection that would happen the following week and followed through exactly to his word and more. After the inspection he sat with us and patiently answered questions and provided a very comprehensive (digital) report, including photos and priority areas for repair. This report has helped us a number of times in the future as we were able to reference it for insurance and renovation purposes. It's a clear and organized document to forward to others in the building and home buying industry!

Hello Erin, It's great to hear that your inspection report continues to help you with your North Vancouver home. Identifying the issues are only part of an inspection. Relaying that information to you in a clear well organized report is another significant part. It's important for the content of that home inspection report to speak to both the home owner as well as other trades that may be called in to repair the issues that have been identified. A trade should be able read the appropriate section of the report and know what is required of them.
