We were referred to Dmitri from our trusted handyman. We had a relatively small job for him, which was to re-tile our shower stall floor and threshold without removing all the floor to ceiling tiling. We had been experiencing some mold and mildew from a poor original installation with porous materials. Dmitri recognized the problem right away and was able to quote us for the specific, limited job. He completed the job in 3 short visits, and was clean/tidy and courteous. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend him to others.

My review is in regards to the company servicing technician, not an installation of a new fireplace. The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced and knew how to troubleshoot our issue. He was honest and straightforward and saved us from having to replace our whole unit, which had been suggested as our only option by Classic Fireplace store (who really only wanted to sell us a new unit instead of repairing our older unit). Will be coming back to this company ultimately when we do need to replace our unit, but that may be a long ways down the road thanks to their excellent technician.

I would highly recommend Tony Banwell, his son and his team. We had them replace a toilet, faucet, drain, sump-pump and extend an exterior drain. Prompt and efficient service. Fair prices. They take the time to walk you through the issue and educate you about it, and talk you through their solutions and plans. Will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.
