TC from Riverdale

A kitchen accident resulted in a smashed glass oven panel. I was very disappointed by the lack of service we received at Tasco. We were told since it was not covered under our warranty, that they couldn't help us. I realized that we'd be on the hook for the cost but was surprised that they would not facilitate the repair for us. After repeated attempts to speak with a manager I finally gave up, and guess what, called Sears. The matter was dealt with immediately. Sorry but Tasco will not get any future business from us.

We just had 3 windows replaced and we can't say enough about the folks at Bayview Windows. They did an excellent job. Our new windows look fantastic and the installers did a great job. All our neighbours are talking about our new windows and how much it has improved the look of our house. We highly recommend Toby at Bayview. It is owner operated and he takes pride in his work.

Great new kitchen installed on time and on budget. They're very clean and organized. Installers were polite, did follow-up. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. It was very little disruption. Respected the house, covered everything and were very pleasant to my dogs.
