The dryer at my rental property was acting up and based on online reviews, I decided to give Rick Appliance Repair a chance. They did not disappoint. An appointment was scheduled quickly and Rick's son showed up on-time and was able to diagnosis the issue within 10 mins. Unfortunately the part needed to repair the dryer had been discontinued, but that didn't stop Rick's son to go above and beyond to locate a replacement for us. Dryer was fixed the next day and tenets are very happy. Will be using these guys the next time an appliance needs repair.

1 month ago I used A.R.M’s to get my freezer fixed. Repair man Avi was absolutely excellent with his promptness & professionalism. Excellent communication skills. I didn’t personally like the company policy of paying for the new part and labour before any work was done, but I would certainly recommend this company/technician. The Freezer is working fine, so I'm happy!
