My furnace broke down over the long weekend. I called IKAD during the weekend and they answered the phone. They set up an appointment for the Tue morning immediately after the long weekend. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and got a replacement part that same day. They gave me an estimate of the cost before carrying out the work and when I checked online, it was accurate. Will highly recommend them for their professionalism.
