We are selling our house, after a home inspector advised the buyers our shingles were near end of life a condition of sale was to remedy the situation. I called Glen from CPR Roofing for an assessment because to me only the ridge capping were curling and looking poor. Glen arrived and said immediately the ridge caps are a different product than the rest of the roof. He proved to us that all but the ridge caps were 30 year fibreglass compesite shingles and good for another 10 yrs or more. The ridge caps were done with a inferior product. He advised it would not make sense to replace the whole roof, just the capping. So our repair went from $10k to less than $1k. He scheduled the work for the first warm day and did a fabulous job. I appreciated Glen's honest opinion, very fair quote and a quick turn around for project completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Glen to family and friends for any Roofing or siding needs.

I called Jaimie for an estimate on a split crack about 8' long in our ceiling. Pam was out and provided a reasonable quote the next day. The job went very well with no interruptions. Tom did a wonderful job of repairing the split tape and matching the texture (no small task with this type of texture). I am confident in this company's work and would recommend this company to family and friends.

We needed to bring our basement up to current electrical code. I called a couple electrical contractors that advised all the work they would need to do in order to get a our house passed which seemed ridiculously high. I found Kyle on Homestars. He asked several questions and provided a reasonable quote the same day. When we were ready for him he came in with the permit pulled, and in just a few hours had the basement completed, AFCIs, GFCIs, adding a new hard wired smoke detector/CO combination unit and 3 additional units throughout the house and a city inspection scheduled for the next day. City inspector showed up early the following day and passed the work. Very reasonable price, fast and efficient work. The Honest Electrician really knows what he's doing. He also was tidy, neat and very pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle Moss to my family and friends for any electrical needs.
