We recently had Philip replace some of our eaves and clean/repair the others. I could not be happier with the quality of service that we received. Granted, eaves aren't the most thrilling things to spend money on but I'm confident that it was a solid investment as we now have total peace of mind. Philip was extraordinarily kind and detailed in explaining his work. He is astoundingly responsive and always called when he said he would. All around exceptional service and I will recommend PMT to all of our friends.

We had our flat roofs done by Charlie and his team a year ago and are experiencing substantial leaking issues. As a result, we have another company coming to re-do all the work. We had several different roofing companies come to assess the situation and all concluded that corners were cut, materials were used improperly, and several key parts of the installation process were overlooked. It's a shame that this happened as we trusted Charlie and Roofing Systems Plus and hoped that our investment would last a long time. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and as a result, I would warn other consumers to avoid this company at all costs.

I had Adam come to investigate a leak in our basement. He could not have been more thorough, kind, or helpful. He outlined what he was doing and went through every possibility in order to eliminate potential sources. I am absolutely delighted with the service received and will 100% contact Priority Plumbing next time I need help.

Having found Refresh, I'm confident that my home will always be in great hands. Steve, Dan, and Mike renovated our kitchen and completely surpassed my expectations. They were professional, incredibly tidy (who knew renos could be so painless?!), punctual, and had everything done within the quoted timeline and budget. They also updated parts of our bathroom and took care of other issues that need to be addressed post move-in. They were quick to respond to questions, eternally patient, and their attention to detail is evident in the quality of their work. As we plan our next big renovation, I look forward to working with Refresh again. I cannot recommend their work enough.
