In June I Received online purchase and 3 out of 4 pieces of furniture were either dropped, had water damage, wood not joined. Only 1 lamp in 4 was correct - 2 had damaged shades, 1 had wrong pieces shipped. I returned to a local store as requested. I had to beg head office to get my money back. Replacement furniture was to come in September. I called and it was delayed. Called again, they will call me. Sent an email in November, no response, called Nov 30 - Said he would get back and did not. Called 2 more days - told it is escalated and people who handle that do not talk to customers. Tried FB messenger- no response.

Other places said what do you want - such a superior experience and outcome with Chris. The price was in line with I have gorgeous wood flooring on my main and upper level. In the basement we went with a laminate that matches well. Our builder installed the flooring and it was all of great quality. We have had it for just over 3 months and we so pleased. When our Mom needed flooring we installed the same flooring we have and Chris arranged their installers to manage it. They did a great job, were very professional and cleaned up. Mom is very happy.

When our 80 year old Mom needed waterproofing in her basement we knew who to call. The work done to our home was done perfectly over 10 years ago. This was a big project and they did it from outside - the way it should be done. Not all companies will do this and others wanted to rip up the entire basement which would create huge additional costs. Rino was very professional, and provided updates and shared pictures of his recommendations when they found new decision points. He worked to protect the neighbour's property and was able to waterproof the property of the other neighbour at the same time. This is hard manual labour in and very hot summer, and the site crew kept a very clean and organized site. They kept Mom up to date - as well as me. The heat did delay the cementing of the walkway, but that let it settle properly. Mom is very pleased with the work along with her neighbours. I would definitely recommend Watertite for waterproofing - specifically for their quality of work, and customer service.
