I tripped over this warehouse showroom while shopping for some pieces at an other store on the South Service road. I saw a nice sofa suite and chose to buy two of the love seats. Delivery to Toronto was going to be $150. I thought that was a bit steep but was assured that they were pros. Everything went well until they arrived they were rushed due to parking and I didn't have time to check the love seats out before they left. After a few hours I found four divots on the arm of one of them. I thought they would fall out in a few days but they didn't. While back in Oakville I went in to see the sales rep. and she called her boss who said I should have inspected them before they left and that he wouldn't do any thing about it. The delivery guys were there for no more than ten minutes! Those divots were not there in the showroom and I feel they should have been delivered with no damage due to the high delivery charge or a replacement made at their experience, no luck. Be careful with these people!

This man is a pleasure to work with. My floors are fantastic. He found a great price on a tile that I loved and was fast. Our family members have used him and they are all pleased.
