I had another company come in to look at my furnace and they told me I had a gas leak and needed a new furnace (my original reason was because a fan was failing on my furnace and he was going to replace the fan). He gave me a price on a new furnace and told me I should decide quickly because of the gas leak ( I had never smelt any gas). When he left I phoned Flame Heating ( a company recommended to me by a close friend) and talked with Scott and he told me he would come out and have a look at my furnace. When he came out he talked about a plan for fixing my furnace if it was in good shape internally and if it wasnt then we would discuss a new one. I felt like I trusted him and he wasnt out to just sell me a new furnace unlike the other company who was only interested in selling me a new furnace. I will recommend and only use Flame Heating from now on.

I've had them come twice to my house for different work this year and each time they were fast and efficient getting the work done. In the next few years I will have to replace my roof and they will be the company that I call.

From getting the estimate to having the installation it was a smooth and easy process. Mark came in measured my windows and talked to me about what I wanted & their company, then sat down & printed up my quote. Unlike the other company in Langley that I had to phone twice to just get someone to come out & give me a quote, then showed up 1/2 hour late and instead of giving me a quote later that week (as I was making my decision by the end of the week) two weeks later I got the quote by email ( guess they didn't need my business. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that came to do the remeasure as he was so nice as well and so informative, after living in this house for 23 years I had never used the humidifier fan in my bathroom and had taken the cover off to clean it. He put the cover back on for me and told me all about the fan & how it works. Then it came to installation time. The team of Randy, Damon and Andrew were so fast and efficient they got the work done in the 3 estimated days. They did such a wonderful job, they cleaned up everything after themselves, vacuuming and sweeping when done each day. They explained everything about the windows to me and got my alarm sensors all hooked back up. They even asked me if they could help me when I was moving things back & hanging up blinds. I love my new Windows, I hated to hang my blinds back up. All of my neighbors have commented on how nice they are. I would recommend Centra Windows and would suggest you ask for the same installation team that I had. Thanks Randy, Damon & Andrew for the great job.
