Brent came and ran conduit and wire through lots of tricky corners to get power to a new pool. Thinking like a dad, he dug a trench so the kids could run around and not trip on any wires. He was professional, courteous and very focused on the task at hand. He made extra work for himself to get the job done in a way that suited our family, rather than getting him out faster. The level of care made it feel like he was working on his home.

Our very old air conditioner died in the middle of a very hot spell this summer. I had a sales rep come over the day I called to give me all my options. They came back to install very quickly as well. Rob and Brendan very quick and friendly, and answered all my many questions without ridicule. Our only criticism is that I didn't get a walk through after the work was complete, and we ended up finding lots of screws laying around and old strapping left hanging with sharp edges exposed. We have small animals and that could have been injured one either of those very easily.
