Dallas, thank you for sharing feedback about your experience with AC Electrical. Steven is one of our senior electricians and we're happy that you've had the opportunity to work with him. While we are pleased that you are satisfied with the installations completed, it is regrettable that you felt as though Steven was being rushed. Steven is a fully certified, experienced electrician and has a great record of working safely and efficiently. We acknowledge that we do have busy periods, including the holiday season where things can get quite hectic, which can put an increased pressure on our office staff and electricians as we try to fulfill our commitments to all of our scheduled clients. We would like to assure you that our electricians work under this slightly increased pressure in many situations, and throughout all of our busy seasons, and that the integrity of work done at our clients homes, and your home is never compromised. With regards to the pricing, our company tries to be as transparent as possible when formulating and presenting quotes to clients. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before any work takes place. AC Electrical provides a level of service that very few electrical contractors offer, and of that few, our pricing is very competitive. When one of our electricians come to your home, they’re not just an average contractor, but are fully qualified, licenced, knowledgeable and have years of experience. To add, they are also background checked, insured, covered under WSIB, and backed up by an award-winning customer service team in the office. So, yes, this does all factor together and mean that AC Electrical is not the cheapest electrical contracting company in the GTA and surrounding areas, but we keep our customers and ourselves fully covered (lest anything unfortunate happens) and we are the true leading professionals in our field. However, keeping our customers happy is a huge priority, and thus we can confidently say that it's not all about the money. With that being said Dallas, we by all means acknowledge and appreciate your feedback. It's an indication that something needs tweaking and we're very open towards finding ways to enhance our service.
