After replacing my century-old staircase with a much safer longer staircase but with less headroom. As a result, a load bearing joist was replaced by an I-beam in the basement in order to increase headroom. Daniel and his great crew from True North Underpinning did a great job, cleaned workspace and maintained constant, effective communication during the project.
Finally replacing my original basement staircase in my century old home, Rajan and Nico were very helpful with the correct style of staircase which was both attractive and secure due to my mobility issues. Installation crew of Thavam (Thomas) and Jarun were very polite, hardworking and punctual. Also, Rajan provided an excellent drywall crew (Kannan and Andrew) who repaired my dining room ceiling from another job. Would highly recommend Ideal Stairs!

Having issues with the only toilet in the house. Called Mr. Rooter to drop by and take a look. Brian was able to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue immediately.
