Hot water boiler went down over the weekend so placed an emergency service call to Pro Ace. Ali showed up first thing Monday morning and tended to the problem right away. After a couple of hours everything was back up and running. 96137

Words cannot describe the sheer incompetence and completely unprofessional approach of this company. Too lengthy to go into the details in this forum, but suffice it to say that this company and its employees gave us an exhausting run around and performed extremely shoddy work. Do not use. You will get way less than what you paid for and will end up regretting it in the end. Poor workmanship, even worse service and zero accountability.
Boiler consult and maintenance
Contacted Westmount for an opinion on a tankless boiler for my new home. Received honest and practical advice during an in home assessment free of charge. Decided to use Westmount for ongoing maintenance of HVAC equipment. Find them to be very professional, genuine and trustworthy in their work. Would highly recommend.
