Moving is very stressful and creates a lot of different emotions, anxiety and doubts at times. I went thru 4 moving quotes and ended up choosing MAPLE LEAF MOVERS based on their terrific customer service and sales person DAVE who consistently answered all my questions and emails.He went above and beyond and earned trust thru the estimating process and quote even to the end of the move. That made a difference in choosing a company that would work for the customer and answer all their questions and ensure that things would be alright. The 3 quotes were fairly similar in costs, wight and volume and thru the process you learn how companies base their estimates and further costs if incurred for additional items, weight or volume. The items were all packed and loaded in 1 day in a trailer and would have a 3-4 day delivery window which was promised by the DAVE. Manny and his crew were fast, efficient and did a good job with even the most fragile china, glass cabinets and tables, all dishes etc survived. And the driver Alan and his crew did a great job unloading and assembling furniture... All in all MAPLE LEAF MOVERS helped alleviate my fears and anxieties ad time got closer to the move, gave me a good quote and explained all the items on the estimated costs, delivery and worked with me on the estimate. The customer service helped a lot and such it was a quick turnaround from packing to delivery move. Thank you for delivering us safely.
