The project started with review of our needs that were reflected in the inital draft design, which helped us to understand what we really wanted. The design was costed in detail, which gave us a pretty good idea of the price tag. Sandy Lee, Service Consultant, worked very diligently and patiently with us to finalize the design. Then he prepared the agreement with final price and payment schedule, and we stuck to it through the project. Everything was transparant, no surprizes. Very professional and courteous. The work was done by very good and friendly crew led by Jason, who displayed high attention to details, quality of work and reliability. We had very good communications and were able to change a few little things on the fly. The work was done on budget and on time. We are happy customers.
