Professional from the first moment. Arrived on time, impressed with how quick and efficient the crew was. So polite too!! They cleaned everything up, better than it was when they got there. We had one small issue, they were with us immediately and repaired in no time. Not waiting. I cannot say enough about how friendly, courteous, organized, efficient, etc. This crew/organization is. Highly recommended.

Called Samsung to inquire about repairing fridge. Told me to call these "preferred" repair people. Service tech had NO idea how to fix the problem was. Called someone. Said was "motherboard" $500 later and the problem still exists and new one developed (now it freezes all my food). Called again, sent another tech who had NO idea how to fix the problem. Would have someone call me...still waiting and it's been MONTHS. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We used Consumers Choice in 2009 (for 8 windows) and again in 2016 (11 windows) based on a recommendation from my folks. Stan has not lived up to promises made in the first scenario for credit on future purchases. However, the windows and installation went perfectly and the salesperson Joe as always, was fantastic to deal with. I would recommend Joe and the product and installers we had. the company followed up at every turn to solve a small issue we had.

We apologize that the HST rebate cheque did not reach the customer, which was due to the incorrect postal code on the customer’s contract. The cheque had been mailed out approximately two weeks after the completion of installation.

Subsequently, we spoke with the customer and verified that the postal code was indeed wrong on our file. This was rectified and a new cheque was issued and mailed immediately to the correct address. The customer has since then received the new cheque, is happy with the installation, and has expressed that she will be updating her review.

We look forward to the updated review and understand that the customer is happy with Consumer’s Choice service and products.
