After two unanswered calls to other pest control agencies I am so thankful that I found and called Paramount Pest Control. Right from the initial phone call when owner David Saunders answered himself. He was extremely personable and made time to discuss my carpenter ant problem for quite awhile over the phone. It was obvious to me that he takes immense pride in his work and has a wealth of information on pest control and prevention, which he freely shared with me. Once on scene, I quickly realized that David is not only professional and knowledgeable, but that he truly cares about his client’s needs. He was caring and comforting at a time where there was otherwise a lot of stress and unease (5000 huge carpenter ants making a home in my wall). The confidence David exuded in his capabilities had me feeling more than assured. I was truly amazed at how he methodically hunted down a very well hidden nest in my wall. He remained on scene for quite awhile, ensuring that the job was done 110%. I was overly impressed with the amount of interesting ant facts that David shared with me. I was also able to get great tips and advice on mice & racoons as well. I highly recommend Paramount Pest Control to everyone for whatever pest problem you might have, you will not be disappointed.
