We redid the roof and they had to verify the roof drain to ensure no tar went inside of it and they had to verify the kitchen drain - well the experts were unable to find the kitchen drain but they proceeded to unblock and try to clean the kitchen line through the bathroom drain. - all the time charging $188 and hour - my drains are still blocked but they are 918 $$ richer horrible service never got a call back personnel ate in car and they reimbursed us 15 minutes we now have to call other people to do the work
