Michael and Joanne have been absolutely spectacular to communicate with. I love the transparent, pressure free approach they take to giving advice, walking through the process and giving a quote. Their communication throughout this process has been fantastic and professional. I have been teetering back and forth with the pool demolition and they have been fantastic through the entire process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My bathroom was leaking and called Handy Boydz. They came by within the hour to take a look at it. Alex and Brandon identified the cause of the leak and gave me a couple of options. One of which was replacing the toilet as the tank was spraying water. Since I was looking to replace the toilet sooner rather than later, I went and picked it up that day. They swung by next morning and installed the toilet fairly quickly. Later in the day I noticed a patch on my ceiling of my dining room. I called them to have them check it out. They were there within 30 mins and uninstalled everything to verify that it wasn't from the new toilet. It wasn't. Likely, it was just water seeping down from the original leak. I really appreciated their quick response and their willingness to come by and double check everything. Overall they are very polite, helpful and reliable and provide very reasonable quotes for work they can do and referrals for other things that they can't. I would and have since called them back for other tasks and would gladly continue to do so in the future.

I first reached out to John V. based on finding him via homestars and had a few conversations with him via phone, email and text discussing various options. We set an appointment time and he promptly showed up on time and ready to go. He gave me a consultation on what I would need to secure for my peace of mind and laid out the prices. He had locks from grade 1 and grade 2 ranges and explained very calmly how it all measured up to my existing locks. He showed me what improvements I can make with door safe and how it would prevent doors being kicked in etc. We decided on a plan based on my comfort level and budget and also came up with a plan for future improvements to the security of my home. Overall John's service was fantastic and his knowledge in lock types and security very high. His friendly, calm personality and rational thinking were key to making this experience excellent.
