I have had 2 jobs done by this company. They are very friendly and up front about cost for work done. It's nice to know that they back up their work (they explain all this from the beginning) I called them as they had a good BBB rating and it shows. I would Hi-Lite recommend them for anyone needing electrical work!

We connected with Brad Wilson and his team last year when getting our kitchen cabinets redone. They helped us to take apart and dipose of old countertop/cabinets. They moved the plumbing for the sink and installed a dishwasher. Recently we rehired Wet Paint to do a partial reno of our bathroom. Again they removed and disposed of old materials and installed what we purchased and repainted our bathroom. We also hired them to fix some drywall in our basement that was removed due to a flood. Wet Paint fixed the drywall, matched the baseboards and repainted. Brad Wilson and his team are efficient, friendly, and flexible. Even though they are from Hamilton they came out to Mississauga to do the job. Our home is a busy place but they made sure the sink and toilet was hooked up quickly so we never had to go without at night! Everything was taken care in less than one week! Great customer service! Would definitely hire them again!

We came across some mold in our basement while cleaning a flood. Turns out the problem had been ongoing. The condo manager said "just clean it with bleach". When talking to Joel Nelson from PuroClean I asked him if this was a correct way to solve the problem. He let us know that bleach doesn't get rid of mold. It needs to be cut out. He came over to look at it and took care of cutting out the mold and disposing it. Afterwards he sprayed a product that was natural and not chemical. We have two children who enjoy playing in the basement and now I can rest knowing the problem has been removed (and the origins of water seepage has also been corrected). I called a few places and PuroClean had the most reasonable price. Joel was very friendly and let us know what was going on! Thanks!

We hired John to do our home inspection because of the infrared camera technology he uses. We weren't sure if the apperance of water marks on dining room ceiling were old or new. We quickly found out that there was an active water leak coming down from upstairs washroom. With this information we were able to add an ammendment to our house purchase agreement that this problem be fixed before purchase be completed. We asked John to come back again, after problem was supposedly fixed, and he let us know that there was still water leaking down. By discovering this issue we've prevented further damage to our home (like a ceiling coming down on us during dinner time!) The report was well done with photos, explanations and suggestions for issues. At the time of our inspection we lived in another city we promptly received the report electronically. John is professional, friendly, and we would certainly recommend his services!
