They do a good job in making your lawn look green and healthy. you still need to do your part to take care of your own lawn. They always call you before the come in. i am happy with them and this is my 2nd year.
This home inspection company is excellent. They are very detailed they don't miss anything. I would recommend them to all my friends. The inspector was on time he spent 30-45 mins inspecting the outside. One hour in the basement and another hour for the rest of the house. Total 3.5 hours. He answered every question I asked. He took pictures of almost every corner of the house. I got close to 60 pictures and a nice email with all the pictures and a very organized folder with all the details. It worth every penny! You should be quite happy with your purchase. It is not always "good news" when I am done with an inspection. In many cases, people felt they knew the home well, and that "there are no real problems". I show up, inspect the home, and find a bunch of problems!
