This was my first NEW home and I've had a great experience so far. The builder was a little behind on the closing date but that didn't throw us off that much. The quality of the house is great; much better than PRATT! There were a few things around the house that were missing; backsplash, baseboards etc and they promptly had someone come by to install them at our convenience. There is however, a minor setback with the exhaust fan in the second floor bathroom that keeps turning itself off but nothing they can't fix! Overall, I had a great experience with this investment and will recommend to friends and family.
