The RadonWest crew came highly recommended to myself by colleagues, and installed a mitigation system at our house. I was thoroughly impressed by their extensive expertise in the field, and Colin's willingness to educate the homeowner as they made progress. In particular, their attention to the smallest of details on the job gave me great comfort in that the "big details" of the remediation work itself was being covered. For the last 15 years, we've watched Ridgecrest complete projects in our neighborhood that updated house exteriors into stunning contemporary showpieces, on par with new builds. We knew when the time came to complete some major updates to our windows, doors, and siding, that we wanted them to be a part of the process. Their commitment to build quality is outstanding. Dave / Randy provided top shelf vision and expertise in terms of planning and design. But special mention go out to Craig, Miron, and Doug as the craftsmen who completed much of the work themselves. Craig did much of work itself, with precision Scottish workmanship. Doug assisted Craig, and provided outstanding knowledge of windows and doors (which was a big part of our project). Miron's wood effect staining on fiberglass is true artistry! In addition to build quality, what makes Ridgecrest really standout is their sense of design - they simply know what's going to look great. As our project went on, we as homeowners went from being "hand on" - to more "hands off", trusting Ridgecrest to make better color and materials choices than we would.

I had a small job to do and was looking for remnant pricing, which should be substantially less. Western was great in that they only charged me what was needed, not for the entire remnant which resulted in a much lower price than many places. Not only that, the service was excellent - uncommon for a small job. They accommodated my days off and worked my small job into their production schedule so that I could pick up the item on short notice. Will definitely have them quote on larger jobs I have coming up in the future.
