We sent him pictures, model number (to get the part) and the issue about a leaky dishwasher. Showed up, spent 5 minutes, said he has no parts and to call GE. Never saw him again.
From beginning to end Jin and Ben were excellent to deal with. Communication was timely all the time we had a questions. The crew was great, I could specify the shingles we wanted (Consumer report is a great source to get the right shingle), they came did a great job and cleaned up super well. Quality of work and price was unmatchable. Would strongly recommend them!
