shortly after moving into our "new-to-us" home, a portion of my basement ceiling fell through due to water damage and it became clear the leak originated from my dryer vent line. Dryer Wizard was recommended by my contractor (I will admit I didn't know such a company existed!) Tyler arrived on time (even calling to let me know of his imminent arrival) and walked me through exactly what he would be inspecting. Once the inspection was complete, he shared all the pictures with me and ensured I understood each item that needed to be addressed - which included replacing vent lines not up to code, damaged vent lines, cleaning the vents and my dryer. All the work was done quickly that same day and again, once complete, Tyler shared with me the "after" pictures. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and quality work provided.

We recently moved into a home with a finished basement. We, however, required an additional bedroom spacious enough to accommodate a growing teenager. Thankfully the layout and above-ground egress window afforded us a fairly easy location to situate the bedroom. Mike and his team worked quickly to meet our tight timelines, while always remaining open to questions, and making suggestions for improvements (along the way they even fixed mistakes made by the handyman homeowner who’d finished the basement originally). Not only did they finish the project on time and within the budget quoted, they engaged everyone in the household in the process.
