We used Complete roofing for a new roof last year. The price was great, the service has been excellent. There was a leak around a pipe after they were done, the service guy came back 2-3 times without a fuss to make it right. (only because he thought it was a different pipe the first time!)
We had crumbling brick window sills replaced with stone sills. They did a fantastic job and they were also reliable, on time and cleaned up after themselves too. Thanks! Great job!
We had our bathroom renovated by Bathtub King and although they came in strong for our business and we were fairly happy with them initially - things turned sour after a few problems arose. Overall, I'm happy with the work - but not very happy with the company. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.
what a horrible experience! A little more than 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring was purchased from this company. The wrong kind of wood was ordered which caused delays. No one knew any answers as to when the flooring would be delivered and installed. Delay after delay and they were not willing to compensate us for any of our troubles. The installers did a good job - but they were contracted out. There are a few dents here and there, and the installation went very slowly - but we are overall happy with our floors. We just wish we had ordered them from somewhere else - because we could have moved into our home about 3 weeks ago! We had also ordered carpet for the stairs from this company... still no word on it so we have cancelled the order.
I called for a quote in the morning and by the afternoon my garage was clean! The telephone service was great and they explained what would happen. Just before the scheduled time I got a call to let me know they were 10 minutes away. The two guys showed up, loaded up my junk, swept up afterwards and were off! I found the price to be a little high, but there are no other companies that service my area.
