My expensive 2 sitter recliner is not working. I don't know how they treat my sofa. They showed up late. When they reach at the destination they will ask you to pay first otherwise they are not going to off load the truck. And they will charge you money according to them. I sent them email of moving list. They knew about my stuff but purposely they sent small truck, then after hour and fifteen minutes they sent large truck. also charge me for that hour plus additional cost for the new truck. Also they start forcing me to hire 3rd mover that I declined. So they said you have too much stuff that's why it will take more time. They took 10 hours to move 2 bedroom apartment to a small house. I requested them to plastic wrap everything. Few things they wrapped and half just took without wrapping. They even didn’t bother to tell workers that what and how customer needs their service. Yesterday was my worst day. I m not recommended to do business with them .
