We recently had Benchmark do our main floor and basement, and we can't say enough good things about them and their work. We had multiple companies quote on the work and after a few meetings with Alan, and receiving the quote, we decided to go with Benchmark. Alan was very knowledgeable and proved to be extremely trustworthy and when it was all said and done, it actually cost less than the original estimate. The work we had them do was as follows: demo and renovation of main floor and basement, adding additional room, kitchen, main floor and basement bathrooms, home theatre and gym in basement. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend going with Benchmark for any home renovations.
