An extreme winter storm caused significant damage to our aged cedar shake roof. The shakes were compromised and began to leak. We had to quickly tarp the roof to avoid further damage. We needed help as soon as possible. I had had the opportunity of observing 'High Definition' roofing a neighbours home two years prior and had been at that time impressed with both their efficiency and craftsmanship. I called them, described the situation, and their manager appeared almost immediately. We discussed the terms of the installation, and their team was on the site within a few days. High definition more or less came to our rescue. Their team arrived; the material and crane arrived; and the job was completed in what amounted to a four day time frame. The company did an exceptional job in less than perfect weather. Many neighbours have made a point of complimenting us on the look of our new roof. Upon completion there was one small ding on the front eves trough. When I drew their attention to it, the entire front eve was replaced within two days without further discussion. I much appreciated the job they did for us, and would heartily recommend High Definition without hesitation. My thanks to all the H.D. guys.
