It was a pleasure dealing with Gary and Mike at Cambridge Floors. The laminate on the main floor looks beautiful and so does the tile in our small bathroom. There were a couple of minor issues (bathroom door rubbing on tile; flooring under dishwasher needed to be removed) that they fixed promptly. One major issue that came up during our renovations was that the dishwasher leg became bent. It wasn't clear whether this was a pre-existing issue, or whether it happened during the dishwasher disconnect, or during the flooring installation, or during the first dishwasher reconnect attempt. I think it is a testament to Gary/Mike's character that instead of putting the blame on someone else, they just fixed it (unbent the leg) as part of their follow-up fixes. Thank you!
