After the storm, everyone was solidly booked. I called Kaum and he turned me down because he was overbooked, but felt horrible. He decided to come anyway that same night after he finished his last job and fixed our mast immediately. He was missing a part and came back the next morning in order to ensure Hydro would come earlier to restore our power. Not only was the job well done, but he called afterward to check on us and see if our power was back. I have never met such a genuine individual, and highly highly recommend him and his crew.
