Simon and his team were very professional, and were able to work around our team finishing our basement, who were behind schedule. Simon was able to match the stain for our stairs to our hardwood, and was even able to pick-up extra wood for us from the store. The stairs and floor look great, and we've received so many compliments!

Roberto has quite the vision when it comes to making use of an unfriendly basement configuration. We were limited by the builder's placement of ductwork, but Roberto was able to turn what was once an unpleasant storage area into useable space. Roberto recommended placement of extra heat registers, and his color selection turned out great. We ended up with a bedroom, exercise room, 3-piece bathroom and a "great room" pre-wired for a home theatre system. Very easy to work with, and open to our continuous requests.
