Michael was very prompt and professional. Yesterday morning, one of our neighbors, luckily, spotted what they thought was a hole in our roof (from their backyard) and gave us a heads-up. We were worried about timing of fixing because there was a thunderstorm in the weather forecast later that evening. Fortunately, Michael stopped by the same afternoon to assess the issue. Luckily it wasn't as bad as we had thought and only required and offered to fix on the spot - so all was done within an hour. As a bonus, he noticed a few other shingles that needed replacing and proceeded with replacing them while he was already up there. Since our roof is closer to end-of-life cycle, Michael also provided us with a free estimate for full replacement (which sounded reasonable). Highly recommended based on our short-but-satisfying experience! We'll probably be reaching out to him again later in the year to discuss the full replacement.
