Trish our very bubbly & friendly designer impressed us from the first meeting. We received 3 quotes for our kitchen reno which involved knocking out a load bearing wall to open up kitchen to its max potential. Both Trish & her contractor Jay came out to check out our existing kitchen. Very pleased with the design Trish provided, & Jay provided a very thorough 3 page quote on demolition & scope of all work that needed to be done to get kitchen ready for cabinetry. They won our business hands down. Just dropped off our deposit!

Designer Bonnie came up with 2 amazing plans. Absolutely loved them, but price came in $20,000.00 more than other quotes we received for same work involved. Our budget was $50K, so $20K over budget just wasn't feasible for us. Our gas fireplace installer stated he worked in homes that Emerald did & they were very nice.

Water puddle noticed by furnace on Saturday, called repair service, left message, (also submitted email service request). A1 called 1st thing Monday morning. Service appointment set up for 11am-3pm same day! Repairman showed up 2pm. Also did annual furnace check while here as well. Very pleased with service & promptness.
