Called about my washer which would not spin and my dryer which leaked on two of the settings. Was charged for two service men because I was told they needed to unstack them to service them. They did not unstack them. They pulled them out - which I could have done with my husband. During the first wash after they left, all the water from the washing machine drained out onto my floor. Had a battle to get someone to come back to fix it (was initially told I would have to wait until after the holidays despite this being their fault). Technician told me that the problem was not caused by him and it was there before. It was the pipe behind the machine. I felt like I was in the twilight zone - my washing machine was not leaking at all previously. He made no effort to fix it, charged me and left. I had to pay for the entire visit because he replaced a part in my dryer. I was left with a washing machine worse than I started and a dryer that did not leak on the settings (thank you) but made a loud noise I didn't have before. And a rattle around the drum of my washing machine I also did not have before. Now two months later my washing machine is not spinning. Do not trust this company. For the cost of these services I could have bought a new machine. I want my money back.
