Hard workers and a good price but they were not careful nor courteous. Many nicks in walls and furniture, including a wall that they put a huge dent in that needed to be filled and painted. "Thats what happens when you move" was what I was told. While Francis did the repairs, they weren't done very well. Movers complained the entire time about stairwell. It was narrow but not ridiculous. Watched at least two loads fall off a dolly as they were loading the truck from storage where they had the ramp at an awkward angle. Can't wait to open those boxes... Francis quoted us a flat rate which the driver tried to push my wife into moving to hourly until she showed him the contract that was signed and then he backed off.

The repairs to the home were done on the same day as the move.
The customer mentioned a 10x10 locker that needed to be move and upon arrival it was actually a 10x20 locker.
The boxes that fell off the dolly were inspected on site by myself in front of the customer. These were all labeled as soft bedding items and clothing so there was absolutely no damage internally.
The men worked hard throughout the move but were hassled by the customer even to the point of our employees wanting to walk away from the job site.
The price quoted was the price charged to the customer.
