Shawn has done several home inspections for us and there is no one I'd trust more. I've had realtors tell me they've never seen such a thorough inspector. He has inspected homes for my daughter, who tends to like fixer-uppers and our cottage. When he gives his results, we listen. He's helped us to find the perfect places. Thanks Shawn.

Zino (Alfonso) was hired to renovate my daughter's basement. His work was incredibly bad, including sloping and uneven floor, improperly installed support beams, incomplete work, and much more. Was supposed to waterproof basement, but after he finished, basement leaks worse than ever. I have had 3 other contractors in to quote what it would cost to repair his work, and it's close to $10,000. Getting Zino to do the work was worse than not having it done at all. I am pursuing this through the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. DO NOT HIRE. It's been a nightmare.

Last minute Christmas gift and needed two items. Espresso Planet price matched so I could get both items from their store, and delivered it faster than I thought possible!! Great service. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for my daughter's first home and thought we found the perfect place. Really glad we had picked Shawn to do the inspection. He let us know everything that was wrong and right with the house, and whether it was serious or not. Because of his inspection, my daughter did not buy that house,and we couldn't be happier! Will be using Shawn again for the next house. Clear reports, with incredible detail. Highly recommend.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! We needed a new chimney liner installed and this company sent one man to do a two man job. Once he got it done, we noticed that the duct work had a gap that would allow exhaust to enter the home. When confronted, the worker argued that we didn't know what we were talking about. Then he backtracked and fixed that gap. The next day, we had a new water heater installed, and that technician (different company), noticed that the venting was done incorrectly. There were several other gaps, the duct was not snapped together properly, the ducting was not screwed together with the correct type or number of screws. He was suprised at the shoddy job. On top of that, one of Aire One North employees OPENED A BEER ON OUR DRIVEWAY - Not Professional in the least. They say they do not have a customer by my name? I have their invoice to prove they did the "work". Do not hire.
