We contracted Ramon for the 2015-2016 winter season. Although it was not a winter of huge snowfalls, Ramon came several times when he technically did not have to. This was greatly appreciated. We noticed that many other providers did not make such efforts. We will definitely call Ramon again this year. He is a gentleman & true to his word.
