Went with Amex because of their reputation as a quality roofer. We had a certified roof inspector (who is not associated what-so-ever with them)give us three quotes and Amex won out because of their customer service. The head estimate/project foremen, Brian, came to the complex and he was all business and didn't fool around. Their crews caused minor damage to the complex but promptly corrected it with other professional contractors. They are highly recommended!

We bought a dishwasher at big box store and they had Roy from Han Appliance install it, at our cost (We asked). Han Appliance arrived as specified and Roy was great to talk to. He said, several times, 'sit back and relax' and I did just that. An hour and half later, he had everything running and probably installed the new dishwasher better than the original DW. He had to re-route the water lines and it wasn't an issue for him. He made everything work out great! Highly recommend.

The salesperson stated the appliance I was hoping for would fit in the space I quoted. The fridge was delivered. The delivery man left the fridge out of the hole without checking to see if it fit before he left, but he did have a measuring tape. That was confirmed when he measured the hallway door the fridge would have to go through. It didn't fit...the difference was 3/8". After reading the manual, it states the fridge 'should' have another 2.5" of space. Now the appliance was out 2.5"+3/8" = 2 7/8" of clearance! Now I have to modify my home to work. I spoke to the salesmen the next day and he didn't understand. He should have steered me towards a smaller fridge. I spoke to the manager and she stood by her employee and would not meet us halfway. It was a very disappointing experience.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Ask more questions from the showroom floor. They are the experts(???).
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Take the measurements and couple times. Don't forget about the baseboards, light switches or anything else that my pertrude. Also, look at the back of the new appliances as they may not conceal powercords as well as your old appliances. Your new range may not be able to take all the pans your old one can handle.
