Bob came & assessed the problem with my water softener. Firstly we had reconnected one piece of the Venturi incorrectly. Secondly, the resin in the tank was swollen with ammonia from municipal treatment. Bob replaced it quickly. Bob was honest, instructional & very professional. Will definitely hire Bob again. I hired Josh straight out of school ~30 yrs ago to maintain my garden. I also got all my neighbors to sign up with him. It is now over 30 yrs & 3 homes that Josh & his team have taken loving care of my gardens. My gardens front & back always look good.
