Our 26 year old AC unit packed it in one summer. As the furnace was the same age we decided to replace it as well. Both units were installed and the old furnace, AC unit and hardware removed and the work site cleaned. All work was completed in under a day. The house has since been cool through the Summer and warm throughout the Winter. My thanks to Ivan, Bill & the crew for a thorough and professional job!

Ajax roofing was not the cheapest price, but they were not the most expensive either. I chose Ajax Roofing after watching them work on a neighbors house. They were very professional; I was given a detailed written quote including the warranty coverage & a copy of their insurance coverage. The dumpster was delivered the day before they arrived. When they did arrive with a crew of six or more, protective tarps were laid & plywood sheets protected the windows. The old shingles were removed, ice dams & aluminum valleys installed followed installation of the new shingles on the same day (2400 sq ft house). The cleanup was thorough.

MNB did some impressive work on my neighbors house so we hired them to create a patio/sidewalk using interlocking stone. They also replaced our driveway using asphalt & interlocking stone in a wave pattern. This is not a two man crew. They work efficiently & quickly using several workers with machinery. The old material was removed and limestone base was laid within a few hours. About 6-7 weeks later they returned to lay the stone & the asphalt which was completed by the end of the day. The end result is beautiful. If you want your job completed quickly and professionally, give them a call. If I was to provide a suggestion for improvement it would be communications. Vince is the boss & is very much a "hands on" guy. He limits his phone time when on a job & uses a messaging service. It may take a few days, but he (or his son Michael) will get back to you.
