I was provided many quotes by other companies for replacing the furnace and water tank and when it was time to install that prices increased from what was originally quoted a few months earlier. I heard about Lake Simcoe from a friend and called Paul for a quote. I was so impressed with the price given from him being less than the other quotes I previously received, and his quote included everything plus more with no surprises at the end. Also, I was also told it would be 2 days to install but they installed everything in only 1 day with keeping my property clean. This company was very friendly and professional in ALL areas of service. If I only knew about them before it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I am very happy that I found Lake Simcoe Heating and I highly recommend them to all.
