Jean-Francois and his company helped us repair after an insurance claim. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the crew that came to do the work stopped to clarify with us at several points to ensure everything would be done right. Very happy with the end result, and we'd recommend Chinook to anyone without hesitation.

We've used Next Rain to winterize our sprinkler system since we moved into our house a few years ago. We've never had any issues; straightforward and easy to book, job is done on time and without any problems. They've also given some helpful advice over the years. Will be sticking with them for sure.

Recently had our entire roof redone by DRR. Darcy, Sarah, and the staff were friendly and very helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. They do have higher overhead than some other companies because they actually employ their workers rather than contract out, so they have to have WCB coverage and other standard benefits. We feel this translates into a higher and more consistent standard of work though as well. We're very happy with how our roof turned out, and appreciate the time Darcy took to go over all our options and try to educate/empower us as much as possible. If you're looking for the cheapest possible option, I'd look elsewhere, but if you're looking for value and confidence that the work will be done well and the roof will last, I'd recommend DRR to anyone.
