Bill quickly identified our needs and gave us a reasonable quote. Measurements went smoothly and installation was efficient by Remzi. We would definitely recommend Carpet Palace again for their decent price points, professional staff and quality work and product. We installed very nice carpeting to a very large basement area as well as runners on our 5 flights of stairs and 2 landings.

Dexter knows his stuff and is always friendly and informative. He replaced a failed TPR valve this last visit. He usually is the one in our area (Acton) to service our AC and Furnace.

Stephen cleaned our ducts for our new home. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and "down to earth". He shared several ideas, informed us of everything he did, and was genuinely polite, professional and "knew his stuff".
