Granville Gardens Housing Cooperative hired Sean Moss to inspect 94 units, as well as our main office building. All of which was completed in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and provided a detailed colour coded report for each unit; highlighting items based on the recommended urgency of repair work needed. Additionally, he went above and beyond his services and was able to connect us with a certified roofing inspector to complete the inspection across 12 building. We will use Sean Moss in the future and definitely recommend his services to other housing cooperatives.
