Janette was my consultant out of the Brampton location late last year, and she was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and honest with pricing of the product. She was also able to quickly source the hardwood from their warehouse and have it delivered within 10 days just in time for my condo renovation. The installers she scheduled were on time and paid close attention to detail. They asked me questions throughout the installation to ensure my expectations were met rather than assume what I wanted. I advised them of the design and materials I had in mind for the job, and from there they gave expert advice as to the materials and design that would best suit my environment. We worked together to ensure the job was done properly and to my satisfaction. They arrived on time to start the job,and finished within 72 hours (which is exactly what they had advised). Any inquiries I had after the job were answered promptly with a phone call or a visit from Jony (he always makes himself available to the client).
