Exceptional service. Andrew was wonderful: pleasant, always calm and cheerful, always accommodating and helpful - truly exceptional interpersonal skills. Where do you find this qualities these day? - didn't expect it from a moving box company! Also, I couldn't done this move without this product. When the boxes arrived I thought OH NO, I made a mistake because they are large. But the dolly is amazing. I saved so much money because I moved a great deal on my own with the City Boxes and then only had the large items to be moved by the folks with the van. Can't say enough good things about Andrew and City Boxes and no, I am not Andrews mother ;-)

If there were 6 stars I would have rated him as even higher: arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient and meticulous, offered a suggestion that SAVED me money and made an adjustment to a handle that someone else and had installed incorrectly (NO charge). Couldn't be happier with the work and the customer service!!

This guy is amazing. I got a great recommendation from a friend and then my microwave died. He arrived when he said he would (amazing) he fixed the shoddy workpersonship that was done previously (wasn't the microwave but the previous poor job of wiring) and he charged me very little for the trouble-shooting and the work he did. Can't recommend him highly enough. Deserves more that a 10!
