The reason for that was due to the Installer, Nick. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. After examining the situation, he noted the condition of my AC which was the same age as my furnace and recommended a combination heat pump and furnace. I felt good about this as it was a good step towards reducing our carbon footprint and utilizing an extremely efficient system. The installation happened and it was outstanding. Nick and his team were very clean, leaving no mess. Highly recommended.
